Process for working with new clients:

I get to know my customer with not only their specific goals and needs but their personality too. I will make sure their goals are S.M.A.R.T: (Specific,Measurable,Attainable,Realistic,Timely)goals in order to have true success. I'm a people person so it's important to connect to each client. Therefore, I provide the methods of motivation that work best for each to succeed. 

I provide fitness assessments such as body fat percentage, B.M.I, VO2Max, body circumference measurements, blood pressure, heart rate, and nutrition.
