Continuing progress with my clients:
My first client was my father. I helped motivate and guide my father personally to lose 40 lbs. He didn't understand how to be active and how to switch his diet from fast-food to home cooked food. I guided him and even gave him delicious recipes to make it easier for him. I taught him exercises that he was able to commit to 3-5 times a week without feeling too stressed and overwhelmed. Now his life is completely transformed and it gives my so much joy to see him appreciate his new, healthy lifestyle. I really feel it's never too late to take action of our lives for good!
